A Walk Through Istanbul

A film built around movement through a city that never settles. Following Hera Büyüktaşçıyan from the island to the centre of Istanbul, the narrative unfolds through walking, observing and returning. The city appears as a layered surface, where histories and daily life overlap without resolution. The studio becomes a continuation of this process, where what is seen is reworked into form.
